Subject: Update Regarding 2018-2019 Texas Partnerships (SB 1882)
The purpose of this TAA letter is to 1) share critical information regarding deadlines for submitting requests to the agency for benefits related to partnerships which intend to begin a full year of operation during the 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 school years 2) make districts aware of an upcoming webinar posting about Texas Partnerships and 3) provide access to the 2018-2019 Texas Partnership Guide.
Partnership Benefits Approval - Process & Timeline Information:
Districts will have three opportunities to submit a Texas Partnership Benefits Application. Please refer to the following table for specific dates:

Texas Partnerships Webinar
On Thursday November 1st, the agency will be posting a pre-recorded webinar for districts interested in applying for Texas Partnership benefits during the 2018-2019 school year. The webinar will be posted on the Texas Partnerships (SB 1882) webpage.
2018 -2019 Texas Partnership Guide
The agency has developed a guide to support districts with developing partnerships and applying for benefits. This includes information regarding relevant grant opportunities in addition to model and required partnership materials. Districts can download the partnership guide from the Texas Partnerships (SB 1882) webpage.
