How do I create a TEAL account?
Go to the TEAL login link on the TEA website, click "Request New User Account" and follow the step-by-step instructions to create a TEAL account. If you have any questions about creating your TEAL account, submit a TEA Help Desk ticket to the Application Support team.
What is my username and password?
This secure information is established as part of your TEAL account creation. Click on "Forgot your password?" or “ Forgot your username? " on the TEAL login page for assistance with retrieving your password and/or your username. If you have any questions about your TEAL username and password, submit a TEA Help Desk ticket to the Application Support team. For security purposes, the username can be provided over the phone once DOB, name and email is confirmed.
What do I do if I forgot my username and/or password?
Click on the "Forgot your password? " or " Forgot your username?" link located on the TEAL login page to retrieve your password and/or your username. If you have any issues or require further assistance, please submit a TEA Help Desk ticket to the Application Support team.
How do I access my ECOS account?
Login into your TEAL account and click View My Educator Certification Account to access your ECOS account.
